Information that ITC collects:
When you register, we require your email address, first and last name, street address, city, state, country, zip code, home phone, and password selection in addition to other optional information. We may also collect information on the type of browser you are using, your IP address and the URL you came from and go to upon leaving our site.
Your password may not be disclosed or shared with third parties. Should you lose control of your password please change it immediately using the My Account section of the site.
By default, cookies are used on many pages of our sites. This information is only used to track your activity on the site and to provide a convenient way for you to use the services. If you decide to turn off cookies (those written to your hard drive) in your browser, you should not encounter any problems using the site. However, you must leave session cookies on. We highly recommend that you do leave all cookies on.
The ITC will use your e-mail information to send you outbid notices and notices regarding the closing of auctions or important information you need to know. In addition, we may use your e-mail for other features requiring e-mail notifications or information you need to know about an item you purchased.
When you register, you may be placed on our "opt-in" mailing list by default unless you explicitly selected "NO" when you registered. We will occasionally send you information on the site to keep you informed of new services, changes to the User Agreement and/or any other events we deem important for our users to know about. You may always "unsubscribe" from our list at any time.
Disclosure of your information:
We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information is only provided to the administrators of the auction site upon which you are bidding or to the auction administrator for communicating with you about the purchase of your items.
